Patient had a mastopexy and augmentation to correct breast asymmetry, position, volume, and projection.

18-24 year old woman treated with Breast Lift with Implants

Patient is 5'1 and 130 pounds.  Patient wanted to have surgery to have more fullness at the top of her breast and a lift but did not want to have obvious incisions.  Dr. Schaffer recommended that the saline augmentation be done through the armpit with a small hidden incision using implants filled to 300 cc's.  The breast lift he recommended is a circumareolar which has incisions around the areolas that will fade over time and be less noticeable.  The patient is very happy with her results and with Dr. Schaffer meeting her goals.

	34 year old female who developed sagging to her breast and volume loss following pregnancy. She underwent a breast lift as well as breast augmentation. 325cc saline filled implants were placed under the muscle to increase her bra size from a 34B to a 34C.

She had the breast lift done to give her a more youthful shape and a round silicone implant placed to give her the fullness she lost secondary to her weight loss.
