I just haven't seen too many women who really benefit from a "mini" TT. I've done a few over the years, but rather than being happy with the small scar, they are concerned about the lack of result. So I'd recommend a regular TT with some liposuction for further sculpting of your hips and waist if desired. Cheers from Texas !

You appear to have mild laxity mainly in the lower abdomen, along with the one-to-two-finger diastasis you mentioned after three pregnancies. Besides improving the abdominal contour, VASER may provide some additional skin retraction in appropriately selected patients with mild laxity, although it cannot remove excess skin or guarantee that the wrinkling around the piercing will disappear completely.
