MY SURGERY DATE, OCTOBER 23, 2025 I HAD A “TUMMY TUCK, MUSCLE REPAIR AND LIPO. 10/10 EXPERIENCE This review is a long time coming and needs to be said to told to the world, about what I went through and how I found the best doctor in my opinion ”Dr. Stanley Okoru at Georgia Plastic! I knew I was at home and It was the best decision I ever made for my life. I knew it was time to change the way I felt about myself and grow my self-esteem back & to gain confidence after being overweight & almost 300 pounds. But baby, i’m not gonna lie. It’s not an overnight thing, it was a process I had to go through. My BMI was too high, I went on an Ozempic for 2 years and lost 60 pounds. I stopped smoking and vaping, not just for the surgery, but for my health after smoking cigarettes, 25+ years, 2 medical clearances, blood work, I did everything I needed to do, because I knew I wanted this massive life change, so when God led me to, GEORGIA PLASTIC, I had no idea what I was in for so I had a lot of questions and I made the call! The first initial conversation was with the front desk. Ms “Keziah”, she was very sweet, soft spoken and most important, She was very patient with all my questions and answered them thoroughly with no hesitation or irritation, & I had a lot of questions :) and I know I got on everyone’s nerves but they never gave me the idea that I did, cus all this surgery talk was new to me, so yeah, I had a lot of questions. I continued speaking with everyone in the office over the years, but my favorite person “Nalleli” we could talk on the phone for what seemed like hours and by me knowing she had to work she still stayed with me the whole time and every time, listening to my concerns. “Sarah” Dr O’s Physician Assistant is an amazing part of the team as well, very knowledgeable and was patient with me and I’ve been speaking with her every week since I have my surgery. “Christine” is another fabulous queen, she was always there for me too, and made me feel so comfortable, I felt like everyone there was my family. I had a few bumps in the road, dates changed, my weight was fluctuating, but nothing was gonna stop me from having this procedure done ! We’ll time had finally came, for me to take this trip to Georgia to meet everyone and to have my Surgery, I had already booked my Airbnb, Picked my date for surgery, booked my flight rented my rental car and hired my post op nurse to take care of me I did everything right I knew what I wanted and what I needed to do to get it done. I had everything I needed at my Airbnb before during and after surgery. Walking in the office seemed unreal! Dang is this really happening? I’m about to be snatched!! “Jacqueline you’re here there’s no turning back”! Let’s go…I was feeling extremely nervous, and very anxious, but when I finally walked in, it was like a party when I met the whole team that I have been talking to from 3 yrs from 2022 to 2025, it was like a huge party. Everybody greeted me with so much love. :) Yes, finally, I met Dr. Stanley Okoru at my Pre-op appointment It was like a dream come true, I met the man that was about to transform my body & my life. We spoke about what’s gonna happen. The day of surgery, plus more :) I exchange gifts I bought for the team. I knew I was in the right hands, especially after meeting him that day. Now it’s time for my surgery. 10/23/25, I was there early in the morning, on time. I was greeted by a few members of the team and “Victoria” RN, took care of me until it was time for me to go under. I got marked up by Dr O, in the blue room & was walked back to my bed and boom …. I don’t even remember going to sleep, but I woke up with NO pain, just a lot of pressure in the abdomen area from the muscle repair. It felt like someone was squeezing you really tight and Wont let go. Me not knowing where I was at, because I was so high :) but I knew I was in the good hands, My nurse was there to pick me up took me back to my Airbnb and they’re my journey began after tummy tuck surgery, that day my entire life changed, I went back to the place, rested, ate dinner & I was back in his office the next day after surgery for my post op check up appointment, Man oh man, after my garment was taken off :) Wow, oh wow, when I looked in the mirror I cried like a baby at what I was looking at “IS THAT ME”…. I could not believe it was me :) he definitely has gifted hands :) Dr okoru snatched my soul as he promised he would ! I was in Georgia 14 days after surgery to ensure I was great. I saw him 3-4 times before I went home & Since then Ive been recovering great, with no complications or openings. I had my first lymphatic massage on the 13th day with “MJ” and she does an amazing job I felt so much pressure released and swelling after getting off her bed. I also had a facial that was absolutely amazing , her staff at “Amachi Med Spa is amazing as well. Thank you so much for treating me with so much love is too. I can’t forget to mention your “ROSA” their social media coordinator and GEORGIA PLASTI, she recorded the entire live of my surgery and took pictures of me for my own record. She did what you promised and I’m extremely grateful for you as well. BTW, MyTummy Tuck scar is absolutely beautiful & so thin and I love it. Some ladies hate their scars, but I look at mine and see where I came from…I WOKE UP !!! Im loving who I am today, not just about my body, but the confidence that Dr.Okoru gave me, when he took 8 pounds of fat off of my body with Lipo. I can see my shape now, that was being hidden by my stomach. I’m 58 years old and I love who I look at when I look in the mirror, My attitude about life has not changed. I’m still the same person, but I’m a better woman now and my husband loves it, My family loves it and everybody tells me I look good. Get the surgery sis, don’t hesitate or think twice. I highly! highly! highly recommend Dr. Stanley Okoru with my life at “GEORGIA PLASTIC”!! This is NOT a paid review ,These are 100000000% actual facts in my entire experience. Dr Stanley Okoru bedside Manner is beyond amazing. He cares about ALL HIS PATIENTS, it’s not about money with him, It’s about preparation, safety, care and concern and the love of what he does for people. I have had a call every week since I came home, they check on me to make sure everything is Ok. They are my family now, and I am forever Grateful for life. Thank you so much Dr for giving me ME back. The doctor and staff are amazing! Now that I am fully healed I am posting my review. I had zero issues! Easy recovery with minimal pain. I was back to work in a week. Resumed exercise at six weeks. As long as you follow the postop instructions, your recovery should be similar. For the record, I am 54 years old, had saggy droopy breasts due to weight loss and nursing my child. It is never too late to make yourself feel good and sexy! I work in corporate America and was going for a very natural look, which is exactly what he gave me! I don’t have any before pictures because frankly, I wasn’t in the picture taking mode with the droopy saggy boobs…. if I can get one from the office staff, I will update it with the before pic.

I had smart lipo to my full back and flanks on 6/25/24. I had about 6L of fat removes and the procedure took about 3hrs. I'm almost 2 weeks post op at this point and feeling back to myself again with a few minor points of discomfort. The first week was ROUGH. Immediately out of surgery I was draining copious amounts of fluid from my incision sites, perfectly normal but it's disgusting. They recommended shower curtains and puppy training pads on the bed and seats to protect them and it was a great idea because there was literally puddles of drainage for the first 2 days. I'm not exaggerating either, prepare for that. I was up and moving the same day but very slowly and cautiously. My whole back was numb but it still hurt, it was a weird and uncomfortable feeling. It was hard to find a comfortable position (it really hurt when I tried to change positions while laying down) and I actually felt alot better up and moving because any pressure from laying and sitting hurt. I was able to do some light gardening on post op day 3, drainage slowed down alot at this point but I still had one incision site that was draining a good bit. Days 2-4 were definitely the most uncomfortable days for me but drainage had completely stopped by day 4 and it was such a relief to not have to deal with that anymore. Swelling increased at this point but the pain started decreasing. By the end of week 1 I was feeling much better and able to change positions much easier. I still have some points of discomfort and the numbness persists now at 12 days post op but I feel good enough to return to work as a bedside nurse at this point with a slightly modified assignment (like no pulling up patients or lifting anything heavy, I would recommend scheduling at least 2 weeks off if you're a bedside nurse and are having multiple areas done with alot of fat removed). The pics are pre-op, post-op day 1, and post op day 8 (you can clearly see the increase in swelling). I'm SOOO happy with my results and had a great experience with Dr. Okoro. The staff was wonderful and everyone I encountered smiled at me and was kind. 10/10 recommend Dr. Okoro for smartlipo. I will update with more pics as my results finalize

So nervous about this procedure. I already paid my deposit now I'm just awaiting my surgery date July 2 2024. I hope he makes it as puffy as humanly possible. I felt so welcomed by him and his entire staff. His bed side manner 10/10. My surgery is tomorrow and I just know he's going to do a great job. I will post a many pictures as possible for you guys! Updated on 2 Jul 2024: I’m here! about to get my surgery. I researched so many doctors before I found Dr. Okoro and I knew right away he was the one! I traveled far to come here. A little back story of me… I had two kids and my vagina just inflated badly. I’ve never seen anything like it. All I want is the pretty juicy kitty God gave me before I had kids. I was so self conscious about my vag, every time I would be sexually active I never let the guy look at it, ever. Never even let a guy go down on me. I been wanting this surgery for 9 years I’m overwhelmed with emotion can’t believe it’s really about to happen. I’ve had other surgeries in the past but if I would’ve known this facility was so sweet and welcoming I would’ve came here for all my surgeries. The bed side manners of Dr Okoro and his nurses are completely unmatched. Updated on 2 Jul 2024: Just got off the table it’s so beautiful I could cry! Thank you so much Dr Okoro. Thank you so much Dr Okoro. Recovery isn’t bad as I thought it would be. I take my meds when I feel uncomfortable. I wish I would’ve gotten this sooner. I can’t stop touching it also it’s so heavy and juicy lol Updated on 19 Jul 2024: Still sitting pretty! When I’m laying in bed with my legs closed I always get paranoid, thinking I’m going to squish the fat, so I try to keep my legs open as much as possible. lmaobvs I would recommend this to anyone. I feel so much happier. I went through a break up recently and I don’t even care about that as much as I used to, all I can think about is my new vag. It’s the prettiest thing I ever saw in my life lol My confidence went from 0 to 100. Treat it with care. Try to keep your legs open as much as possible. Walk slowly the first couple of days. With the pain meds he gives, you will sometimes forget you had surgery down there. Also I loved the fact the prescription/pain meds etc were already filled and given to me right after surgery. I didn’t have to go to a pharmacy myself and do it. That made recovery so much easier for me.

Dr. Okoro is an amazing surgeon and human being. I was always overweight as a child and made a big lifestyle change including diet, exercise and lost 78 pounds since 2011 and kept if off ever since. All the weight training in the world will not ever tighten that loose skin on my thighs. It took me several years of researching the mini thigh lift, meetings with surgeons and Dr. Okoro won my trust! He was human, thorough and clear with all the answers to my questions and doubts! This was the best decision I’ve made for myself and I am very happy! The surgery and healing has been very smooth with no complications - especially at 56 years old. Scarlett Devaney, the Physician Assistant is an Angel and supported me 150%! Not to mention the great care and attention from Emily. I will recommend Dr.Okoro and his team to everyone because they REALLY CARE AND DELIVER EXCELLENT RESULTS!! I feel amazing!! Thank you Dr. Okoro and team! I did NOT receive any perks for this review. It is sincere and honest! Also, the reviews and information on Real Self are a great help that helped me learn and prepare for my surgery. Thank you!!! Updated on 13 Feb 2024: 2 months post op - Mini thigh lift - groin crease incision. My incisions are healing very well 2 months after surgery. I am still using the scar gel twice per day and my XS compression garment during the day only due to a little bit of inflammation.

I had an absolutely amazing experience. After my surgery, I've been feeling fantastic. The aftercare I received was exceptional. I had arm liposuction with Bodytite + Morpheus. It has only been 2 weeks and I am very pleased with my results so far. Dr. Okoro was Amazing! It is very evident he loves what he does. My experience was Awesome and everyone was pleasant and knowledgeable from the front desk to EVERY person seen throughout the process. I felt like they really cared about ensuring I had great results and truly cared about my overall health and concerns following the procedure. Niella, PAs Scarlet and Griffon and Nurse Libby were all Awesome!! I highly recommend Dr. Okoro and the wonderful people at Georgia Plastics for any plastic surgery needs you may have. They are top Notch!!!

Dr Okoro performed backlift and bbl. This was truly a wonderful experience. I experienced no pain after surgery. No extreme bleeding. The bbl is natural and very flattering. I would have done this sooner had I known how painless the procedure was! Love love love my results. P.S. the entire staff is warm and welcoming. Dr. Okoro is very down to earth and extremely good at what he does.

I had a great experience. I had a BBL reduction. I had a BBL over 10 years ago and as I gained weight and got older I just didn't want that "look" anymore. I wanted a more professional buttocks if that makes sense. GA PLASTIC did a great job. It was painless. I was up and moving around the same day! It didn't feel like I had surgery either. The staff is awesome and the doctor is a true artist! My butt looks natural and plump!!! Updated on 7 Aug 2025: EDITED REVIEW - I FORGOT I WROTE THIS REVIEW. MY BUT IS UNEVEN. THE DOCTORE DOESNT CARE. he said the fat was in my muscle and he can remove it with another procedure for $10k. A simple Google search told me that procedure is dangerous and SHOULDN'T be done under NO circumstances. The doctor failed me. He failed to properly assess me, took fat from one cheek and left the other because the fat was in the muscle. Another doctor told me he could remove the fat above the muscle for a more even look. If I could turn back time, I would NEVER go to Dr. Okoro. He was more focused on videoing my surgery for IG which I didn't consent to. BEWARE

I am really happy with the results from my procedure. I was initially interested in laser-lips but Dr. Okoro wanted to do the standard Lipo procedure, and I'm glad I moved forward with it.
