Im not sure what the cause is, but within the past year or so, my face has started pretty rapidly sagging in my mid face region. Im only 28. Ive been under pretty high stress the past several years. Was vaping on and off for a few years but otherwise very active/ fit and healthy diet. Only other thing I can think of is I had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted 2 years ago and now have TMJ/ some jaw deviation. Would a mini face lift help with this?
My problem is the midface, where my cheeks appear to be more sagged and hollow. I have been told that I need a volume restoration, either via fat grafting or Sculptra. Yet I am afraid volume restoration might not be enough and that is why I am thinking about endoscopic mid facelift too. Do you think fat or Sculptra might be enough ? So facelift might be an overkill. And if those two wouldnt be enough, would facelift after fat grafting or Sculptra be problematic because of the scar tissue.
Hi! I'm a 27F with signs of premature aging. I started losing facial fat in my early twenties and it's just gotten worse from there. I'm often mistaken as someone significantly older (late 30s). I've spoken to a few doctors on the potential of cheek fillers to lift the area but they always seem to discourage that route as they say this is concerning my zygomatic ligament. What you would recommend?
Hey I am about to turn thirty ? I am wondering if a mini facelift and submentoplasty is needed . My goal is have extremely tight and model like features . What procedures who you all honestly suggest ? Btw I have had facial fillers ( lips , chins , cheeks and undereye ) . My looks are very important to me , so what will make me look more attractive ? I am also thinking botox to lift the brow and at the sides of the jaw ( to feminise the face ) . Please me know . Thanks
I'm considering an S-lift for sagging in my lower face and was informed it involves adjusting connective tissue. My main concern is the longevity and naturalness of the results. Can an S-lift effectively restore my cheeks to their position from ten years ago without giving a temporary or unnatural appearance? Considering my age, a deep plane facelift might not be suitable, making the S-lift a preferable option. Would appreciate insights on whether the S-lift can meet my expectations.
Re-posting with better pictures. I am interested in a mini facelift to correct jowls that appeared after significant weight loss. Also looking for suggestions to correct hollowing around my eyes. This worsened with weight loss. I had HA tear trough filler last year but would like to avoid it moving forward. Would a mini facelift be appropriate? Or should I do a regular faceliift?
Hello, I'm 31 and noticing my face is changing. Mostly my big cheeks are starting to sag. I'm also concerned with my under eye wrinkles. Everyone says they can't tell so idk if I'm being dramatic. I really don't want filler. Mini lifts are popular so I wonder if I'm a good candidate and what surgery is best for under eyes and if I'm a candidate for that too. Should I wait for surgery and focus on skin care? Thank you!
Hi lovely doctors. I'm a 28 year old woman who is enjoying her youth and looks haha and I smile so much and even in a rested position I usually have my lips curled up some just to look extra friendly, and I think that's why I've developed these lines. I feel like I already need a mini face lift! Can filler help? Any idea what these lines are even called exactly? Thank you!
