I am 8months post op Gynecomastia with DI, i noticed the dog ears on my sides of chest since the first week but it was still swelling, until now that i think for sure they are dog ears. My surgeon told me when i was 3 months post op that they aint dog ears but just fat and it will go away with gym. I would like to know your opinion is it possible to get rid of them with gym? And overall how you see my shape of chest is it enough male looking? Also can I get wider scars if i start now with gym
Had my surgery for a grade 1 type of gyno the 6th of September last year. Now, 8 months later I still experience a bit of puffiness which is seen through shirts. Did a revisit with the doctor and with another doctor and both said that all gland was removed after they examined it and they didnt know why the puffiness remained. I can still see a white surrounding around each nipple, could this be due to something else than gland? I have many questions and now turn to you
I recently started noticing soft lumps under the left side of my chest, and it makes the nipple look a little puffy. It has been 8 months since my gyno surgery and the right side turned out pretty great. But since the last 1 month, I have been noticing these lumps and it makes me pretty anxious, could it be gyno coming back, it also hurts when I try to massage the left side area. As you can see in the photos, the right side looks perfectly flat, but the left side has that gyno look.
I had mild gynecomastia surgery 8 months ago, I feel the surgeon took too much gland. I had waited 20 years for this surgery and i kind of wish I hadn't had it done now. One of my areola is creased and the other just looks too flat. When I lay on my back or raise my arms my nipple sinks in. I just wondered what my best options would be to fix this and what the chances are for it to be successful. Thanks in advance. I have provided before and after pics.
About 2-3 months ago this area appeared on the side of my ribs, below the pec, right near the incision point. It wasnt there before and Ive continued to loose weight. It also fluctuates. Sometimes its more noticeable. Usually after I drink water or eat I went for my 8months check up this week and asked the doctor about it. He said it was trauma and it was the lymphatic system reacting. Is that really true, or did he not want to admit he missed this area during lipo?
i had surgery for gyno done 8 mnths ago i now have a lumpy + uneven contour with divots along the edge of the right pec. the skin + tissue is damaged from second degree vaser thermal injury. i have burning pain with patches of purple skin discoloration. follow up was not satisfactory. he initially said the result was incredible, and then abandoned f/u at 3 mnths 1. what can be done to improve the contour ie. the lumps of scar and the divots along the edge of the pec ?
I had Gynecomastia surgery 8 months ago. As you can see from my photos I have developed internal scar tissue. My nipples are puffier than they we're before my operation. I can feel that the scar under my left nipple is no bigger than my areola in diameter, where as my right is significantly larger in diameter but slightly flatter and slightly less noticeable. Why? What are my options? Is cortisone injections a good option? If I re-excise wont the scarring just reappear? Please help!
I recently had gynecomastic surgery done(8 months ago)with excellent results.I have never used steroids,but decided to try a single injection,which lasts for 3 weeks. During this time I injured myself so I could not work out. During my down period I binge drank alcohol and ate badly.2 weeks later I noticed my chest had fat under the nipple. The nipple wasn't puffy, but if I flexed they looked as if they were mini female breasts.Can gyno grow back this quick? Can I reverse this? please HELP ME!
I had gyno surgery December 2015, On both sides of my chest. I am very happy with my left side and have worked hard to get a shape to my chest. But my right side seems a lot different to my left and don't know what to suggest as its really bugging me, the nipple seems lower and it seems to protude out of my t shirts sll the time. any advice you have?
