8 months post-op. What can be done to repair the contour, scars and divots along the edge of my pec? (photos)

Thank you for sharing your excellent question and photographs.  Once your tissues have fully healed and returned to a normal elasticity your best option at improvement would be through the use of fat grafting.  By taking fat from another part of your body, purifying it, and then placing it into the divots you should see an improvement in your contours.  Hope this helps.

Based on your post alone, it is difficult to assess the cause of your condition. For instance, it could be due to scarring or over-resection/under-resection/irregular resection of the fat tissue. The cause can only be determined with a physical exam. The treatment will depend on the cause and may include scar release, fat transfer/grafting, and/or liposuction. You will likely need a combination of techniques to refine the contour of your lateral chest wall and better delineate the border of your pec muscle. You should schedule an appointment with your plastic surgeon so that he/she can address your concerns, examine you, and develop a plan of care. Best of luck!
