Buccal Fat Removal + Swelling Q&A

I had buccal fat removal almost a year ago and my cheeks are much chubbier from the surgery. The scar tissue has caused a permanent swelling and my cheeks feel tough and swollen. I have paid thousands to have a result which is the absolute opposite of what I wanted. Im really disappointed with the treatment. Any suggestions? The skinner photo is before the surgery.

Yesterday I decided to have that procedure as well as neck liposuction. My doctor did not inform me that the extent of swelling would be this severe. I was under the impression it would only be mild. Judging from the pictures I've provided, how long would it take for my face to go back to its normal size?

My checks are so swollen, very painful and are hard as rocks. It's difficult to open my mouth to eat. How long can I except for recovery. I was told it was a very simple procedure and would have very little down time. Thank you!

I got a chin implant, buccal pad removal, and neck lipo the 25th. My cheeks are huge & look aweful as well as my neck. Ive been taking arnica and keeping ice packs inside of my head garment but theyre still so swollen. When will they start to look a bit better? Will the swelling look at least a little better by July 18th?? i have an important day that day and need to at least look OK. My lip is also crooked when i smile (dr warned me of this).

Does the parotid duct once drained of its fluid ever recover again to its normal state once swelling settles? if so, how long does it take?

I got a buccal fat pad removal 1 month ago and the swelling went down a lot but three days ago the left side started to swell again, it is huge, tender to touch, I cannot even eat properly.

I had bucal fat removal done 5 days ago, I was super swallowed the first two days and now I just look exactly the same as I did before. The doctor took all possible fat I had on my cheeks so I am worried nothing will change on my face and I will just look the same. They dont seem to be swollen anymore.

I had my buccal fat pad removed on 12/Apr/19 along with Kybella resulting, I have excessive swelling and am not able to open my mouth. I was instructed by my surgeon to have 5 sessions of ultrasound therapy to aid with the discomfort along with antibiotics and pain killers. I am using all of the surgeons directions, however, it hurts to chew, use mouthwash, brush my teeth, drink water (the most basic mouth related activities). I feel as if I am being stabbed repeatedly on the inside of my mouth.
