5 days post-op I look exactly the same as I did before and my cheeks don't seem to be swollen anymore. Advice? (photo)

It is normal and expected to have cheek swelling after buccal fat removal. Doing the first 1-2 weeks face looks like if no surgery was done. Results will start showing up by the 3rd week. The final results can be seen after all the swelling has subsided in 12 weeks. 

I tell people the swelling takes a month to go away. Obviously when you are swollen you will not notice a huge difference. The contour changes are subtle in general. Keep waiting!
