What is Implant Rupture?
Implant rupture refers to when the shell of the implant has a crack or rip. For patients with saline implants, the breast will become flat and the saline will be absorbed; while silicone implants may stay in place until surgically removed. VIEW NOW
What is Capsular Contracture?
Capsules are normally formed when a patient has an implant placed in the body.Capsular contracture refers to a problem when the capsule around the implant becomes thick and hard. The treatment is to remove the older capsule and place a new implant. VIEW NOW
