I had saline implants 10 years ago. I now want them removed, lifted and fat transfer for upper pole fullness. I have severe drooping that I would like to have corrected. My question is, is it possible to have upper pole fullness without an implant if the goal is not large breast but more perkiness.
I am a 36 year old woman. I I have breastfeed two children for a combination of four years. I loved how my breasts looked while I was pregnant. I would like to increase one cup size (B to C) I weigh 140lbs at 5'4. I tend to be a bit more conservative with my body and I'm not looking for a dramatic look - I prefer natural and if family/friends can't easily tell a difference. I am considering fat transfer to my breasts. I like implants but I have sensitivies to metals and food allergies so am wary of BII. Should I do fat transfer snd go to implants later if I am not satisfied with volume increase, or go straight to implants? Are implants more complicated after a fat transfer?
I have some issues with my breasts as they are currently. The primary isssue is the tissue above my breasts near my armpit. I am not sure if it is entirely fat, or if it is also some other kind of tissue like axial breast tissue or something. My secondary issue is that my breasts do not look particularly feminine, perky, full, normal etc. I believe this is in part because they are low rooted, somewhat saggy, and could simply use a little more tissue. Would breast fat transfer solve my issues? does the tissue above my breasts look like fat, and if so, could it be removed and put into my breasts to achieve the look Im hoping for? I ultimately just want a more normal appearing chest witj slightly fuller breasts. 25F, 115lbs, 4'11. 34 circumference directly under my armpits, above my breasts. 33 bustline circumference, 30 band circumference.
I had subglandular breast implants placed six months ago235cc silicone, 11.7 cm diameterbecause I love workouts that involve chest exercises. But now the upper pole looks fake, with visible implant borders, edges, and rippling. Could fat transfer help improve the appearance, or are there better options?
Am I a candidate for a breast fat transfer? I suffer from fat accumulation in the abdominal area, along with small breast size. My weight is 61 kg, and my height is 158 cm. I would like to know if it is possible in my case to transfer fat from the abdomen and thighs to the breasts. If this is feasible, how many grams can approximately be injected into the breasts in my case? Is it possible to inject 600 grams into each breast? Would the amount of fat and breast tissue allow for this? If not, what is the approximate amount that can be inject
I have had saline implants for going on 12 years (150 and 250 cc respectively to treat asymmetry) that have contracture. I would like to get them removed and Im afraid of contracture happening again (and them looking strange as I age), but am nervous as to how theyll look when I remove them. I was around a 34B going to a 34C. I also have the asymmetry issue to resolve. Would fat transfer on one side resolve a 100-125 cc volume difference? Will weight loss restore the asymmetry?
Hi there!I had a few procedures done about 5 weeks ago, including a tummy tuck (with muscle repair), liposuction on my chin, sides, and lower back, plus some fat transferred to my face Everything's healing okay, but I'm already thinking about next steps! I'd really love to add more fullness to the top of my breasts (sagging isn't a concern for me). To do this, I'm interested in liposuction on my upper back and moving that fat to my breasts. How long should I wait after my current surgeries before jumping into this? I'm eager to focus on upper breast volume ASAP but I want to make sure I'm giving my body enough time to recover safely. What's your advice? Thanks so much for your help!
