Explant, Lift and Fat Transfer - is it possible to increase upper pole fullness without an implant? (Photo)

Bright714223
I had saline implants 10 years ago. I now want them removed, lifted and fat transfer for upper pole fullness. I have severe drooping that I would like to have corrected. My question is, is it possible to have upper pole fullness without an implant if the goal is not large breast but more perkiness.
