I am a 120lb, 5'4 tall 29 years old, I got a fat transfer to breast surgery 6mo ago. I was told the doctor moved 225cc to each breast, none of it stayed. I was told the surgery would take ~2hr but the day of surgery I was not released until 8.5hrs after I was moved into OT. Fat was grafted from my inner, outer thigh & from my love handles. I was toId I was a great candidate with healthy muscle that can sustain transfered fat, I think I was lied to.
Im 6 months out. Ok result, too thin for second transfer. Im reading conflicting things about chest workouts in women. I see it advertised as augment/lifting breasts but then on other sites, reducing breast size. Advice? I dont want to lose my fat!! Would like to ultimately have more definition/create illusion of bigger/perkier. Could the pec workout burn my fat transfer? Could the pecs muscle outshine my fat transfer? Im compensating every workout with adequate calorie intake. Thanks
I have a few tenderness spots (a bit of pain/soreness when pressed) where I have liposuction, as well as a spot on top of my breast on one side, at the level of the armpit. I never noticed these because there is no feeling without being pressed. Wondering if this is alarming or not at 6 months.
I got fat transfer to my breasts 6 months ago. The pain went away after 2.5 months. At 4 months post op the pain returned. Soreness. Tenderness. From below the armpit to underneath each breast. I reached out to my doc and they said that since it had been 4 months since surgery it was unlikely to be linked to surgery. The pain started to subside so I went about my life. The pain returned and now its worse. Concentrated behind my nipple. Almost feels infected. Does this sound like fat necrosis?
Hi, I had a fat transfer from tummy to breasts after implants were removed. Since fat transfer (i was not given or told to use compression garments) tummy has not felt right & has been constantly swollen. Will swelling ever go? Has something happened in surgery that shouldn't have? I also have a hard lump now just above my belly button. I am supposed to be undergoing more fat transfer to make breasts same size due to asymmetry but I am scared in case tummy gets EVEN bigger??
I had my implants removed (Capsulectomy, Enbloc) 6 months ago and want to do a fat transfer from my stomach to my breast. The implants were placed under the muscle. I have two questions. 1) Will the fat be less likely to take to the breast, due to the muscle being cut from the implants? 2) What are the odds of getting Necrosis?
Had 280cc implants 6 months ago (but dislike that I cant do so many activities now) so want them taken out and fat transferred. Wouldnt be any fat to take from my abs/flanks, as I just had that lipod. Thank you!
5 ft 2 in, 130 lbs, 34C bra sz. 6 months post mastopexy, very pleased with results . It was recommended that I would need implants for upper pole fullness. I was not interested in implants. However, some of the procedures I have heard about-- such as Lipo and fat transfer, and use of PRP. Somewhat confusing to me. My PS doesn't do PRP, says there's stem cells in fat transfers that do the same as PRP. Says only possible to transfer 200ml per side at a time and may need to be repeated up to 4 times due to reabsorption.
