Hi, I had my fat transfer to breasts just over 6 weeks ago (following explant) and am delighted with the results. If I get pregnant now, what will happen to the fat?- could pregnancy make more of the fat re-absorb than would have ordinarily been the case? Could it ruin the current results? (Im 38 years old, so am worried about waiting another 6 months in case Im losing my chance). Thanks so much T
Its 6weeks post op and my breasts are still pretty high, tight and sore. And a red bump in between my breasts started developing. Is this a sign of blood clot or something gone wrong? My right breast is ok but the left one still feel very sore like needle poking. Is there something that I should be concern of? My ps told me to just massage off the red bump and whenever I did that, it went hollow like you can almost feel a hole there but will nvr go way. Please advice!!
Hi, I had breast enlargement with fat transfer. I am 6 weeks post op. I feel good. I think I've been healing pretty well (when I read other ppl posts). I am excited getting some new bras, some nice push ups, etc. - to enjoy my new purchase. My dr says I shouldn't wear a tight bra yet. Why and when can I start wearing regular bras?? How harmful can it be?
Day 7 I noticed my lower abdomen was very swollen and looked like it was retaining a bunch of fluid. My doctors NP and I decided to drain the fluid with a srynge. After a few days I noticethe puffiness was still there but I now have what looks to me like a second belly button. I notice a difference in my waist and flanks. However my inner thighs, upper back, upper & lower stomach does not look like I had Lipo. What can I do to correct the issues?
I had mastopexy in 2015, my left breast had dehiscence at invented T, took 4 months to granulate in and close, and, amazingly, healed well enough that I decided it did not require a revision. However, I had a numb left nipple and part of left breast. 6 wks ago I had 300 ml fat grafting to both breasts for upper pole fullness--- and now I'm having sensation returning to the left nipple. I'm thrilled, I haven't seen this mentioned. Am Is there some science behind this?
Hi. I know you get asked a lot of questions about smoking. I gave up before my op and plan to not smoke until 6 weeks po. I will be 4 weeks po on Friday. I know I shouldn't go back to smoking but I am already desperate to! My ps said to wait 6 weeks because of the fat transfer. How harmful will it be after the six weeks (yes I know smoking harms but I mean to the fat transfer results and the breast lift) Thanks.
