Thank you for you question and photos. Though I could recommend a mastopexy (breast lift), you are asking if fat transfer can increase breast fullness, it can. I am assuming you want more fullness at the top of your breasts. Fat transfer can be placed where you want fullness. It won't change the shape of your breasts, but it is an option.
If you are already a size 32 DD then your problem is not volume but breast position. Your breasts are too low on the chest wall and they are bottoming out. I recommend a breast lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
Your best option for a full breast with the nipple and areola in the correct positions is for a breast lift. If you like the look of your breasts now, and do not want a lift, and you want your breasts to be larger (fuller) than fat grafting would achieve that but you have to keep in mind your breasts will look exactly like they do now but just be fuller.
Based on your photos, you were a candidate for liposuction 360 and fat grafting to the breast under ultrasound. Fee $8000-$12,000. Best of virtual consult with.
Breast fat transfer does not change the shape of your breast. The procedure can give a subtle increase in size of what you already have. The procedure does not give projection nor does it create much fullness where you don’t already have tissue. Mats Hagstrom MD
