Im considering getting breast enhancement through Airsculpt. Im just looking to fill my cup - currently deflated after two children. Im on the skinny side. The doc just wanted to set realistic expectations that there might not be enough fat to give a full cup more but more subtle. The big concern is the downtime. In 3.5 weeks post op I have a vacation where I plan on wearing a bikini. How much of the bruising/swelling is visible? Being on the skinnier side, is swelling/bruising faster to heal?
Hi, I had a fat transfer from tummy to breasts after implants were removed. Since fat transfer (i was not given or told to use compression garments) tummy has not felt right & has been constantly swollen. Will swelling ever go? Has something happened in surgery that shouldn't have? I also have a hard lump now just above my belly button. I am supposed to be undergoing more fat transfer to make breasts same size due to asymmetry but I am scared in case tummy gets EVEN bigger??
Fat transfer from abdomen to breast to address asymmetry (approx. 1 cup size difference). Advised it required a large volume transfer, likely requiring at least two sessions. I understand there is initial swelling and not all of the transferred fat will take. How many months does it take before things stabilize and you know how much fat has survived?
I recently had explant and fat grafting, about 5 weeks ago with Dr. Khouri. I just got out of my breast splint, and am noticing that a large area under my left nipple has become hard or firm. Is this fat necrosis? I asked my doctors assistant, and she said I have to wait till 12 weeks before she can give me any answers, but I want to know what these this could be. The side with the firmness is a bit smaller, and has less swelling than the other side. Is it possible that will soften up with time?
