How long to wait after Botox to start yoga inversion exercises? I had previous instance where I waited 2 weeks after Botox to start trampoline exercise and the toxins migrated and caused partial facial paralysis. Now I am very hesitant to attempt anything and was too scared to do Botox for 4 years. I finally got Botox again 2 months ago but now I really want to start the yoga inversion with a special yoga bench. Can I?
I recently got a botox treatment for my masseter muscle. Then I did bikram yoga 4 days after. Bikram is hot yoga and is basially like a sauna. My doctor didn't tell me to avoid the heat, I just read up on it now...I'm worried I might have lessened it's effectivity. A bikram class gets pretty hot and lasts 90 minutes. What should I do? Should I get a touch up or something? Is the botox really less effective now for me? Any guidance would be great
I had 10 units in upped forhead for vertical lines. It had been 3 years since last botox. I totally forgot the no layers my down thing got eyebrows threaded and then did yoga about 2 hours after injections now I'm scared to death. Called the dr n she said is be fine but nervous she's just saying that since she didn't give me any post care instructions
I got Botox for the first time in my 11 wrinkles in between my eyebrows due to me over using that face muscle during sleep. I did notice a slight improvement the next morning. I went to hot yoga (105 degrees with 40% humidity) 24 hrs after and I had a headache after but figured I would take Advil and not worry. When I woke up this morning I feel like my wrinkles are back. Did I sweat it out or allow it to go in an area where I can have side effects?
On day 1 of Botox, I got tiny insect line bumps on the shot spot. It Wore off by next day. Today on day 10, I Did yoga, placed my head on yoga blocks to rest. Later, I saw a line across my forehead, its indentation that usually would be by placing forehead on some soft edged object that goes away after few minutes. Now after 4 hours this mark hasn't gone! I did warm compression with no pressure. Now, line has moved from center of forehead to the edge now by the temple.
