Hello I recommend that you avoid arduous activity for at least 24 hours after your treatments; so that the Botox that was injected can stay in the location that it was injected in. Best regards

I usually recommend for my patients to take it easy on the day of the injections and then return to full activity on the next day as long as they are feeling ok.  If they have any questions or would like to be evaluated, we provide an emergency phone number to a doctor who is on call.  Good luck!

I usually have patients wait 24 hours before performing exertion types of activities after neuromodulator injections.

I tell patients to wait til the next day after filler for exercise. For Botox, after 4 hours, everything is absorbed and OK to whatever you want.

My advice to my own patients is to give me 4 hours to let the Botox set, then resume normal activities.  

I would wait until the following day to resume strenuous activities. Fillers can swell with increased cardiac output.
