I usually have patients wait 24 hours before performing exertion types of activities after neuromodulator injections.
I tell patients to wait til the next day after filler for exercise. For Botox, after 4 hours, everything is absorbed and OK to whatever you want.
My advice to my own patients is to give me 4 hours to let the Botox set, then resume normal activities.
I would wait until the following day to resume strenuous activities. Fillers can swell with increased cardiac output.
