Typically it is recommended that a patient not continuously bend over for 4 hours just after having botox or any neurotoxin. The reason we recommend this is in the rare occassion of migration. We do not want botox to migrate into a muscle that was not intended to be treated. Thank you for your great question.
I recommend that all of my Botox patient's abstain from intense physical activity for at least 24 hours following injection. The main concern here is the risk of toxin migration which could cause paralysis of the muscles around the eye or drooping of the eyelid. Waiting several days to several weeks seems excessive to me. Good lock and thank you for your question.
For the first 3 hours after treatment with Botox, lying down flat and vigorous activity should be avoided. However after the first 3 hours, there are no restrictions on your activity and there will be no effect on your final result.
Thank you for your question. I typically tell my patients that if they are not bruised by the following day, then they can resume all activities. If they are bruised, and I cautioned them to wait another day or two and ensure that the bruises not enlarging.

I recommend that my patients wait 24 hours before doing hot yoga after receiving a Botox treatment.
It is best to avoid exesive heat for only 24 hours after Botox injection--after that there should be no problem
I suggest patients wait about 24 hours before dramatic activities, like Bikram Yoga. "This answer has been solicited without seeing this patient and cannot be held as true medical advice, but only opinion. Seek in-person treatment with a trained medical professional for appropriate care."
