I would recommend you ask the doctor performing the Botox injections. Everyone has their set of recommendations. In my office, I usually recommend patients wait 1-2 days after Botox before doing vigorous exercise.

It really is not a question of safety. Some think that strenuous exercise can reduce the effectiveness of the product as it increase the blood flow systemically. In my experience the next day is safe to return to your regular workout routine. Hope this helps.Best of luck,DrC

Yoga and upside-down positions won’t dislodge your Botox, but they might make your injection sites swell. Give your face a rest for about a day after Botox or dermal fillers. I advise against any strenuous exercise or inverted positions for at least 24 hours.
