How long to wait after Botox to start yoga inversion exercises? I had previous instance where I waited 2 weeks after Botox to start trampoline exercise and the toxins migrated and caused partial facial paralysis. Now I am very hesitant to attempt anything and was too scared to do Botox for 4 years. I finally got Botox again 2 months ago but now I really want to start the yoga inversion with a special yoga bench. Can I?

Answer: Yoga inversions after Botox Hi Leanne. Typically you only need to wait 24-48 hours after injections to resume your regular activities, including inversions. After 2 months, there should be no issue at all with you doing inversions.

Answer: Botox and exercise In my opinion Botox does not migrate no matter what the person does practically immediately after the treatment. I allow my patients to go to the gym the very same day after the treatment approximately two hours later. At the same time we’ve never had a patient who had facial paralysis of any shape or form or any degree. It is my opinion that most of the unwanted muscle weakness occurs from an improper technique. I hope this helps and good luck from New York City plastic surgery.
