Im 27 years old and I had a rhinoplasty done in South Korea in December of 2021. An I shaped silicon implant was used to add height and definition to my nose. A few days shot I noticed a red patch form over my nasal bridge. Im experiencing no pain or excess swelling in my nose. Just this tiny red patch. I think it could be a result of a strong reaction to chemical exfoliation used. In General my skin all over my face has been really dry and peeling? Is this an infection or overexfoliation
I have a low radix which doesn't harmonize well with my face that Id like to raise. Would this be achievable? left photo is before and right photo is the desired result. Wondering what the estimated cost would be for something like this.
I wanted a natural rhinoplasty to bring in my nose but I hate my results. In my opinion, the bridge starts too high and makes my nose look narrow / artificial. The tip extends too far and my nose looks larger from the side and pointy. I feel like Im wearing a prosthetic. Im scared Im forever ruined. Maybe Im dramatic but it keeps me up at night. Would a revision rhinoplasty be possible to reduce my bridge and make my tip more bulbous to achieve a natural result better suiting my anatomy?
During my zoom consultation, I was advised on several potential adjustments for a nose augmentation: 1) A rib graft to heighten my nose bridge 2) Utilising rib cartilage in my nose tip for projection and definition 3) De-rotation of my nose to increase its length 4) Possibly narrowing the nasal bones but the surgeon said he will decide on this during the surgery and it would only be pushing them in and not breaking 5) Alarplasty to narrow the width Will this give me what I want?
I've never been happy with the shape of my nose. It's very wide, undefined, and I feel it's too big for my face. I'm okay with how it looks from the side though, so I don't desire much more bridge height. I mainly want to reduce the overall size, narrow the nasal bone substantially, along with reducing my wide tip and nostrils. Could a rhinoplasty make my nose look like either of the last two pictures?
Hello, I am scheduled to have ethic rhinoplasty in Turkey next month. I am also scheduled to undergo a breast augmentation 5 and have weeks after my rhinoplasty. I will be under general anesthesia for both procedures and just wanted to know if I was in the clear to do so. I am 23, very healthy and have no issues. The rhinoplasty should take between 2 and 3 hours, while the breast augmentation should be no more than an hour. Please let me know your thoughts or suggestions for recovery during.
I am an African American male and recently, some insecurities about my nose have been arising. I feel as though it is too wide and too bulbous. If there were a way to make my nostrils appear less wide without alarplasty that would be also be wonderful. I find that oftentimes alarplasty can make an ethnic nose look much too different. Ive attached some photos below and was just wondering if there was anything you would recommend. Thank you.
