2 years out from surgery- you are absolutely fine to do this as you are only dealing with the skin and not anything underneath.

Not all alarplasty results are equal, as the artistry and degree of technical precision varies between patient to patient. "Alarplasty" is a general term to refer to reshaping the nostrils, and when performed properly it will result in the most natural shape with scars that are nearly invisible.
