It's possible to reduce the projection of your tip and lower the height of your bridge during a revision rhinoplasty in a way that can bring better balance to your face, and a more natural appearance to your nose. Personally, I think you have a nice result. You do not look botched. If you are less than one year after surgery, it may take time to get used to your new nasal appearance. If you would be content having a higher nasal bridge on profile without as much of a curve, depending on your examination, microdroplets Silikon 1000 injections may be considered for permanently raising your bridge for a straighter nasal bridge profile appearance. Yes, we should be able to achieve those goals. It seems that the degree of change is excessive for you. We can get a softer nose with fewer sharp edges by reducing the size of the cartilage (likely rib) that was used.
