Question

I have a low radix which doesn't harmonize well with my face that I’d like to raise. Would this be achievable? left photo is before and right photo is the desired result. Wondering what the estimated cost would be for something like this.

Your computer morphed image does look like a result that could be reasonably achieved with radix augmentation during rhinoplasty. The caveat is that although it seems like a minor change, which it is, the technical prowess needed to create this change surgically is not something possessed by all rhinoplasty surgeons. There are many different way to augment the radix, and some techniques are more effective than others at creating a smooth, uniform contour in a way that is natural and permanent.

Hello from Istanbul! The photos indicate that you're interested in a subtle augmentation, which would involve radix augmentation and osteotomies. If you're considering a more significant change, a total dorsum (bridge) augmentation would be necessary. For this procedure, ear cartilage or donated rib cartilage grafts would be sufficient.
