Good evening, How would I know if I was stretching out my stomach muscles? I had a tummy tuck 11 months ago. A few weeks ago I notice some discomfort. Its only when I eat occasionally. Could it be Im eating too much?
I am 3 weeks post-op for a tummy tuck with a muscle repair, and an umbilical hernia repair. I have noticed that when I eat, I have to eat significantly less because I will feel extremely bloated and uncomfortable if I don't. I was wondering if and when this will stop happening. Also, I am concerned that being bloated will stretch out my fascia again, or ruin the tummy tuck result. I do still where a compression garment during the day and binder at night. Thank you very much.
I am 3 weeks post abdominoplasty with lipo surgery. Twice I had dizziness, nauseous, excessive sweating, and fainted while changing my dressings and gauze on my legs where I have the drains. The right drain was removed day 15 from the day of my surgery. Why am I having these symptoms? At first, I thought it was lack of eating. But now I am eating 3 meals a day and drinking 128 oz of water.
My TT was a little over a year ago, 3/31/17. After the swelling went down my tummy was relatively flat as long as I stayed away from certain foods like sugar, gluten, beer and dairy. I eat healthy. However, the past few months I've noticed I'm bloated all the time, no matter what I eat or drink. My PS told me that I have zero belly fat and all he removed was loose skin and tightened the muscles during surgery. I also had a hernia repair. Could it be a fatty liver or the three uterine fibroids I have?
I had fleur de list tummy tuck in January of 2017. I have been noticing lately my upper abdomen is not flat. My upper abdomen under my breasts becomes especially round after eating. Is it possible the muscle repair has come undone? Or a hernia has formed? I have not gained weight I am 5'4 145 pounds and I has gastric bypass in 2013. I am a Nurse and frequently push, pull, turn patients, very physical job. I also work out frequently doing zumba and other cardio.
After the second large baby, I have a minimal amount of loose skin on my abdomen, no stretch marks. I am very self-conscious of it as I have always had a toned abdomen and I miss wearing two piece bathing suits. I eat a balanced, nutrition packed diet and exercise regularly -- running/spinning. Sometimes when I exercise a lot, it looks better. Can a laser fix this? If so, what kind? A tummy tuck will probably not be something I will consider but I would like to hear from the experts. Thank you.
My tummy really gets bigger when i eat or drink something. By the end of the day I look like 6 months pregnant.I had my second child in 35 yrs and diastasis recti can be the reason for bulging of stomach even it is empty?
