Good evening, How would I know if I was stretching out my stomach muscles? I had a tummy tuck 11 months ago. A few weeks ago I notice some discomfort. It’s only when I eat occasionally. Could it be I’m eating too much?

This far out, and with your description, it’s more likely that your discomfort is related to something internal, which is more appropriately evaluated by your primary care doctor or a GI doctor. If you notice it correlated with how much you eat, just be careful about how much you consume at one time.

I suppose it's possible that eating a larger than normal amount or some bloating could cause discomfort to the abdominal muscles. I would recommend trying to note what happens prior to the sensations to see if you can figure out any patterns.

Hello!
This can happen over the first year. Be mindful about your diet. Gluten is a biggie and can cause bloating and swelling of the bowels. Salt and fat are others.
Gas X  and Ginger chews are helpful in treating discomfort. Moving is also good.

From the description of your symptoms and the length of time since surgery your concerns are most likely not related to your tummy tuck.  I encourage you to visit with your primary care doctor for an evaluation.
