Almost two years ago I received volbella in my tear troughs. Almost immediately i decided i didn't like the look and proceeded to have it dissolved on two occassions. Recently I have been have been getting swelling under the eyes accompanied by an eczema break out and it appears that perhaps there is still filler there? I don't know if the reaction is causing the filler to swell or if the filler is causing the eczema. Thoughts?
I've went for 3 consults and each Dr wanted to do a different filler technique: filler with cannula superficially (volbella), filler with needle under the muscle (belotero), and filler with cannula above and below the fat pad (restylane). I'm so confused and want to make the best and safest choices, please help realself docs!
I was told by my injector that Volbella would last 2-4 years and was the right product to fill fine lines around my eyes and tear troughs. It was a follow up treatment as I'd had Voluma injected into the crows feet and cheekbone area just over 2 years ago by another clinic and the product lasted very well. Is he correct ? Or has he used the wrong product ? I feel as though my eyes are now Super puffy and my jowls more prominent. Definitely not the effect I got 2 years ago...
I had tear trough and lip filler with volbella in July. In October I developed multiple hard lumps/masses at all injection sites in October. No redness. Just hardened filler. They have tried dissolving with hyaluronidase three times with no success. My sinuses have since been a non stop issue. The tear trough hardened masses feel like they are growing and there is pressure in the eye area, inner canthus area mostly. Suggestions? I need help.
I had volbella for my year troughs last week. The injector said the syringes only come in half syringes.. Is this true? It was $400 for the half syringe. It seems a little overpriced considering it's only .5 ml., at least for the area where I live. Also- why does it take two weeks to see the full effect?
Hello. I halve systemic scleroderma (dxed 2007: prom aint Rynauds, esophageal dymotility, and severe mall owl involvement) and have considered juvederm volbella to help the slightly drunken appearance to my tear troughs. I handle Botox well with no side effects/exacerbation of my scleroderma. I have no facial involvement. Is there my complications with an injectable filled in an individual with systemic scleroderma?
I have tear trough deformity from my father's side. My eyes have always been like this, I'm 24, but I finally have enough money to actually DO something. What are your suggestions? I'm thinking about filers but would like to be informed before going in to a consultation.
I received Juvederm Volbella in my tear troughs to fill in my under eye bags with a blunt tip cannula. My under eye bags were directly under my eyes and now that area is so much better. Now I notice about an inch below where my bags were (where I didn't have an issue before) it looks like I have these ugly indents. Is it something that can be corrected? When I look at myself close in the mirror I don't notice it, but when I back up - yikes. Makeup does not cover it. Any advice on how to proceed?
