I like my nose when I'm not smiling but when I smile my nostrils look much larger. I notice when some people smile their nostrils do not change while others, like mine, nostrils widen when they smile. What is happening anatomically for this to occur? And can it be addressed non-surgically for example with Botox or is this something that can only be addressed surgically with an alarplasty?
when i laugh my nose curls inwards on both sides and droops down, making it look larger than it actually is one of my nostrils is bigger than the other and is also pointier can these issues be fixed without getting a full rhinoplasty done, e.g. with injections or something similar that doesnt require intense aftercare?
My nose points down slightly when I talk but dramatically when I smile. My nose appears to be straight when resting my face. It looks completely different obviously when the tip points down so much. I hate it , it throws off the balance in my face and seems to diminish my smile too. Is there anything non surgical ....like Botox they can fix this ?
I recently got a non surgical rhinoplasty 2 days ago to lift the tip of my nose as it drooped quite a lot - I like the result but it has changed my smile. I cannot see my top teeth anymore when I smile only very slightly. I am hoping this is swelling.....bit worried as I can't see this happen to anyone else who has gotten a non surgical rhino. Please assist!!
I hate the way my nose looks when I smile and I dont want surgery. I dont want to use filler to change my nose cuz I heard filler moves and doesnt dissolve so Id rather wait till Im a lot older to get any sort of filler so that it doesnt build up. Would Botox keep my nose straight when I smile? How long would it last? And how much would it cost in Toronto Canada?
Dont like my nose when smiling as the tip droops. Im not ready to consider surgery due to sports participation. Would Botox in the depressor septi help at all? Perhaps filler to soften the tip as well? Thank you in advance for your kind help.
I had a rhinoplasty is 2018, I like my nose but it's asymmetrical especially when I smile, my columella cartilage is higher in one side that the other, I want to be in the middle! So was wondering can I put filler on side part to make it even? or what do I need T-T please help
I like the shape of my nose and dont want to significantly alter it. However what I am curious about is whether a non surgical nose job or some other non invasive procedure can help with how my nose widens significantly when I fully smile. It always ends up looking very wide and flat in every picture.
My nose tip has started dropping when I'm smiling. About 8 years ago I had an accident when I dropped a barbell on my face, splitting my top lip and requiring stitches Since then, the area between my nose and upper lip is stiff with scar tissue and I've noticed it pulls my nose tip down when I smile. Is there anything I can do to prevent this? I'd strongly prefer nonsurgical options, but understand if that's the only solution.
