Surgery would be the best course to add strength and support to the tip, which will then better resist drooping and spreading when you smile. Filler placed may give a little better definition in the tip and botox placed at the base of the nose can reduce the contractions that spread the nose, but you have to go to an experienced injector for that.

A little dermal filler on the bridge and in the tip of the nose will define the nose and will help make it less flat, more lifted and more pointy at the tip. And, although results are subtle, a little Botox injected in the nostrils and under the nose can decrease the activity of the muscles that pull sideways and downward- therefore making the nose appear slimmer.This will create the look you want from all angle, and through any facial expression.
