Would Botox help reduce tip droop with smiling? (photos)

Don’t like my nose when smiling as the tip droops. I’m not ready to consider surgery due to sports participation. Would Botox in the depressor septi help at all? Perhaps filler to soften the tip as well? Thank you in advance for your kind help.

Some women can retain fluid from pregnancy for many months afterwards. If you have an injectable filler procedure while you are still swollen from pregnancy, it could lead to a somewhat larger and swollen nasal appearance. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
