I was recently brushing my teeth and noticed in mirror that the tip of my nose is uneven, and when I feel the tip of the nose , it feels like there is a little lump/ball on the left side only. I have been having a look through the website and reading other stories and looking for some professional help or advice. I have also looked back the past 3 years in my photos and noticed my nose has been this way for years. But somehow only noticed it recently and cant unsee it every time I look .
While surgery is the only method to produce significant results, are there any non/surgical options (no filler) to reduce the look of a big bulbous tip? I've heard plasma pen, laser, and kenalog injections without rhinoplasty.
I have a bulbous nose, very round. I would like to contour it. I have tried morpheus8 but it has not done much to my nose. I was on accutane for 4 months and it completely transformed my nose it made it look smaller i loved it but now that I have stopped the medication my nose is getting enlarged and its bothering me. As a Doctor, what non surgical procedure would perform on my nose?
I have more of an ethnic nose and I like my side profile but my tip is more bulbous and undefined. I also had sinus surgery ten years ago for chronic infections. Just turbinate reduction and straightening the septum by my ENT doctor. While my nose is straight from the front view, if you look up at my nose, the nostrils are two different sizes. I dont want surgery unless I need it. Even still, Id prefer minor surgery thats tip only. Please advise!
I got primary rhinoplasty and I love how it looks but in certain types of lights my tip nose looks very narrow. I had very bulbous nose before but now I think it looks fake. Do fillers may help with the pinched tip nose? I read it's called shrink wrap and the cartilage shows when the skin is thin. I don't know if I need tip plasty or fillers or if this is normal.
Notice the contour irregularities of my bridge. I believe that there is some built-up scar tissue or irregularities in the DCF that is making the left side of my nose look more full than the right. Will steroid injections be able to help with this asymmetry even though I'm 2.5 years post surgery? My tip is also very bulbous looking. I don't like how it droops, especially when I smile. I'm not sure if I have thick skin or not. Would I be able to reduce the tip without going though a revision?
I have always had a love hate relationship with my nose. I have decided that I am not ready to undergo a permanent change to my nose. But I have been very interested in trying non surgical rhinoplasty, primarily to define my bulbous nose and upturn my nose, slightly. Is this something that could be achieved?
