Hey! It is not unusual for the nose to have differences from left and right, and not unusual for the two sides to be slightly different. Often times there is an underlying deviation. If you really look at your nose you will see that there is a slight deviation on the outside. So fixing, since your in the non surgical questions, you can add filler of some sort to the other side to make it even. However, to make your nose the best possible you would think of having a highly skilled rhinoplasty to even it out as well with your underlying septum. Hope this helps!

Based on your photos, you appear to have relatively thin skin. I can see that your left tip hangs a bit lower than your right, and there may be a small indentation in your left tip cartilage compared to the right side. You're probably noticing these irregularities now since some people can lose a bit of volume in their nose as they age. If this is something that bothers you from a cosmetic standpoint, depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon 1000 injections might be considered for improving upon your nasal tip symmetry.
