33Y F who has developed a double chin and undefined jaw in 30s. Partly slight weight gain, however I am a healthy weight / BMI. My chin seems to have recessed as Ive aged and gained weight around my jaw and neck. Would like to know the best treatment/s for this. Lipo? Neck lift? Filler? Botox? Orthodontics?
I have multiple vertical folds on my neck that are really pronounced and show the loss of elasticity across my whole upper neck. This is partially genetic as my mum had similar, but I imagine also sun damage. Would this qualify for a neck lift? Is there any treatment other than neck lift that would be effective, I tried Ultherapy with no change.
I am 32, not overweight, but have always had double chin even as a child with very little body fat. I want something permanent to remove double chin, sharpen the jawline and jowls starting to form. I am wondering if deep place neck lift is appropriate. Also: I have had mixed responses during consults about also adding chin implant (not too keen on this idea, may consider permanent filler in chin at a later time). Main concern is whether deep plane neck lift is appropriate. Thanks!
34 year old trans woman here. I have gained weight, and I am not happy about my neck. Ive had lipo as well as kybella done. Nothing seems to work. Im at 210 right now. I plan on losing at least 20 lbs. Ive uploaded a picture of what I use to look like when I was thinner. I want to go back to that.
Female in my mid-20s. I have a genetical chin and neck fat. When I lose weight, I still don't achieve a defined neck/chin ratio. Would a chin/neck liposuction alone help sculpt and contour my neck and chin? If a neck lift is helpful, it is recommended given my age and skin condition?
Ive never had a particularly tight angle jaw line but it was acceptable. Since having ultherapy last year it seems to have removed a lot of fat in my lower face which has caused a sagging lower face and neck. I have been turned away for endolift as it wouldnt tighten the skin enough to produce a good result and may remove any remaining fat and cause more sagging. I would like to know my options, I have had less than positive responses from initial enquiries for a neck lift due to my age.
Whats wrong with my neck? I am 33, in good shape, but have a very pronounced double chin and visible glands. Additionally, when I chew or put tongue to bottom of mouth my neck puffs out. Trying to figure out if procedure can correct. Thoughts?
Hello, two years ago i had a sliding genioplasty that i didn't like , instead of reversing it the doctor shaved off a little of the chin bone and removed the screws. Now i have saggy undefined chin, i tried facetite and filler with no help. The last doctor i consulted suggested that i undergo a necklift but i'm only 33 yrs old and i m scared of the incisions showing, i already have an incision under my chin. Can't i have a chin lift from the same incision without the neck lifting
6 months after platysmaplasty to fix bands left by lipo (no new lipo, no skin or submental fat removal, no ear incisions, just front corset and hyoid fixation) I have Adams apple (Im a woman), cobra neck (hollow where platysma fixated to hyoid, bands pull forward on either side), and wrinkles when I turn my head. What can be done? See other posts for more detail. Doc says will go away but has gotten worse and Im not sure if I should trust him again. Im only 32, neck now looks like old lady.
