I have recently lost 20lbs but have found that the little pooches that sit on top of the bottom of my rib cage, below my breasts, are still prominent. I'm natrally large chested so sometimes they form an unattractive roll under my underwire and can be seen in tight clothing. I don't want to lose anymore weight in my hips or breasts (which seem to shrink the most) so I'm reluctant to keep trying to diet these off. What are my best options?
I went for a breast aug consult and have also decided and set a date for lipo. I am concerned though, because my belly is somewhat distended (and the physician never really touched my stomach to see if it is hard or soft ect)that lipo may not removed this bloated appearing fat (but i am not bloated.. I have had a belly that makes me look about 6 mos along for about a year now/im 24 yrs old) I am 5'1 and under 120 lbs in realtivley good shape except for my odd stomach. will lipo fix this fat? thanks
Will liposuction get rid of my pooch? My baby is 7 months old. I cant seem to shift the weight on my lower tummy above my c section scar. I am 28, 5 ft 4 and 10 1/2 pounds. I really want to avoid a tummy tuck where possible. Thanks
I would like my midsection to be flatter so that it can match the rest of my body. I am pretty toned and in shape, but I cannot get rid of the puffy belly. I had one consult and he suggested a mini tummy tuck. I am not looking for perfection and a super sleek tight stomach, I just don't want the lump there when I sit down. I do have the seperation of the stomach muscles due to my 2 pregnancies. I was really hoping to get a small fix that didn't require such a major surgery and down time like mtt
Im 55, healthy, fit but 9 mo lapse after breakupduring & I gained 20 lbs. 4 moback weight/cross training. Musclerecovery but fat not moving. I chose sonobello lipo (abdomen, flanks hips and my knees)I 1 week post & see drtoday. I'm lumpyw horizontal bar ofdenser (?) navel& swelling in pooch. Feelcrappy w fuzzy throat, chills (no temp), achey, stinging where tubes went in & depleted. I followed every direction. 1 deviation: epsom salt soak two nights ago which felt good. Normal??
I weight train 5 x week and get in 30 mins of steady state cardio every day. I've tried many different methods of losing fat: 1. Progressively altering calorie & carb intake 2. HIIT/LISS 3. Coolsculpting. I've had 2 sessions & they both failed. Both times my body fat % only changed by 2-4%. Basically, I seem to lose fat in every part of my body except in my abdominal region. I'm currently standing at 21% body fat. My lowest has been 17%. Even then the abdominal fat remains (belly pooch).
I do not want a full tummy tuck or any type of muscle reconstruction. I don't really care about the stretch marks (although it will be a plus if I can get rid of those also) I just want the bottom belly pooch gone. Liposuction, lasers, thinking about BBL also. Is there anything out there that doesn't require a lot of down time and actually works? Age 29 near Miami.
I had a bbl and lipo on my stomach, arms, and legs. On my arms and legs I do see some slight improvement. However on my stomach, I have pooch in my lower belly but its hard. On the sides, the shape is better but when I bend or sit, there are rolls that seem like fat. I did have rolls before but the doctor said after surgery i wouldnt have it. I also have lumps and in some areas the skin looks loose. Will this improve? I only weigh about 2 pounds less than pre-surgery.
I had multiple areas of liposuction done 2 months ago & stayed overnight in the hospital. Could my results & swelling be due to the amount of liposuction done? I feel exhausted the majority of the time. Has anyone else experienced this? (No sign of infection) My last question is whether anyone has seen results altered by an enlarged uterus? My lower pooch is largely unchanged in size. I know I have several fibroids and an enlarged uterus but didn't know if this could influence results?
