Liposuction, lasers, BBL? Want to get rid of the mom pooch without a full tummy tuck. (photos)

You seem to be a candidate for tumescent liposuction with sedation.  It takes about 30 minutes and it is inexpensive

 Sometimes in life the things that we really want require more dedication and commitment then we may be willing to provide. You will certainly be able to find a practitioner who would treat your abdomen with any of the range of minimally invasive or even non-invasive treatments such as coolsculpting or SculpSure or liposuction or smartlipo. While all of these treatments can offer some improvement on your abdomen the excess fat and skin are best treated with a full tummy tuck. There is no need for cutting of muscle with a full tummy tuck procedure and the abdominal rejuvenation that is transferred is markedly superior. That's the love it or Lipo. You will certainly appreciate minimally invasive or Lipo treatments, but you'll Love the tummy tuck results.  Look for a plastic surgeon who has expertise in doing the tummy tuck procedure with the "no drain" technique as this will improve the quality and overall postoperative experience. 

Your best option is liposuction of the abdomen, waist and thighs.  This fat can be used to augment your buttocks if you desire.  

Based on your pictures, you appear to have skin laxity, which would make you a candidate for a tummy tuck which can be performed at the same time as a hi definition procedure. For best results, I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. Concerns about the appearance of the abdomen are very common among patients consulting with a plastic surgeon. Just like every patient is different…so too is every abdomen. Different problems require different solutions. Your board certified plastic surgeon (ABPS) is uniquely trained to identify the problems as well as the appropriate solution.
Which procedure is best is dependent upon the source of the problem. Excess fat deposits underneath the skin can be addressed via liposuction. Frequently issues of excess skin as well as fat are at the heart of a patient's concerns. A third factor, which is often overlooked by most patients is abdominal wall muscle laxity (typically seen in post partum mommies). Despite the commonly held misconception, neither liposuction nor tummy tuck is intended as a weight loss tool nor is it a solution for stretch marks on the stomach.
Candidates for tummy tuck should be already at or near their ideal weight for optimal results. It is recommended to women that are planning on becoming pregnant to postpone the procedure until they are finished having children.
Based upon your photos, you would likely benefit from abdominoplasty as well as liposuction. Liposuction, alone, is likely to exacerbate the excess skin issue and will not address any muscle looseness which commonly plays a role in the pooch. Ultimately, patients can always opt for lesser interventions, they just need to adjust expecations accordingly.

receive is from an in-person consultation.  With that being said, based on
your photographs I do see some skin laxity in your photograph.  I would be very hesitant to believe that any type of liposuction alone would tighten your skin enough to give you a good result.  You will need some type of skin tightening procedure (full tummy tuck vs mini tummy tuck) with liposuction.   This can be done through a low and short incision, all
completely below the bikini line. 
Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of
real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate
their results.  The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are
comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified
board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

If you don't care too much about getting rid of your stretch marks or tightening your abdominal muscles, liposuction would be a great option for you. Your skin will contract some, but will not be as tight as if you were to do a tummy tuck. The advantage in this case is that you get to sculpt your body with minimal scar and less downtime. Coolsculpting works with less discomfort, but you get a lesser result since it will only get rid of up to 20% of the fat in the area. See a board certified plastic surgeon for more information and an in person examination.

The first thing to consider is whether or not you are done having children! If not, you may want to consider holding off until you are done unless it will be many years until your next.  If you are ready to push forward now, you certainly would need an in-person examination to really make a definitive recommendation.  Based on your photos, truly a tummy tuck is the option that will get you the best aesthetic result - narrow the waist, flatten the  belly, remove the pooch and all stretch marks below the belly button.  Worth at least discussing this option so they can discuss your hesitations about why you don't want to do this. If it's absolutely not an option, you could consider liposuction alone to any problem areas - HOWEVER, you need to understand that especially in a situation after childbirth and with stretch marks evident this is a sign of skin damage and the skin will likely be loose after removing any fat.  You will likely want to have the extra skin removed at a minimum after you are completely healed and swelling resolved from the liposuction, which certainly is a reasonable option for a person who can't have or does not want a traditional tummy tuck.  The great thing about plastic surgery is that it's elective surgery and there are options and you get to choose the one that is best for you! You just have to realistically understand what you can expect to get from whatever you choose which shoud definitely be a part of any conversation you have with your plastic surgeon.  Good luck and as always, please make sure to consult only with board-certified plastic surgeons for best recommendations!

Looking at your photos I might say that you´ll be a great candidate to get an entire abdomen, back, back and waist liposuction with BBL, this is because you have located fat that can be done with lipo.

there are many ways to improve your belly pooch. A full tummy tuck is the "gold standard" way to get the tightest skin and remove the most amount of stretch marks. This will also tighten the skin above the belly button. The muscles do not need to be tightened unless you need that (only verified by an in person exam). A modified tummy tuck where half of the skin between the pubic area and the belly button is excised and then the rest is done by liposuction will assure a good amount of flatness of the belly but you may have some extra skin above the belly button. Liposuction alone will improve the flatness of the belly but leave some extra skin. Non invasive options include Vanquish ME which will minimize some of the extra fat without any downtime. Exilis Elite can the tighten the skin, but not as much as excisional surgery. These are both radiofrequency treatments which improve the fat and skin quantity.
