30/F diagnosed w/ PPRosacea 10 years ago but did not use Finacea. I've had some SA peels done in the past, the laser @ Skin Laundry & IPL last summer. My skin feels so reactive still though. It will get red in splotchy shape (seen in photo) within a few hours then go away. Not sure if this is a reaction to something after I put it on or just normal with rosacea.
Answer: Rosacea/Redness — emeragecosmetics EmerageSkin aerify/aox c/hyla b/foaming polish, Vascular (VBeam, Aerolase), LightStimLED genesis isnt enough, you need more complex treatment. You need proper skincare with skincare lines like faith (specifically the essence serum clay mask and moisture enrich lotion), Restorsea liquid gold and 10x cream, Sente dermal repair cream and 24 hour bio complete serum. At home peels like emerageskin AERIFY with LED light therapy like lightstim can make a big difference. In office, redness is treated with 1. vascular lasers (excel v, vbeam, BBL, IPL, Aerolase, yellow laser) 2. Aquagold or micro ampule infusion (botox topically) 3. microsecond yag lasers (laser genesis, Aerolase) 4. proper medical grade skincare (faith, Restorsea, sente, emerageskin) and LED therapy (light stim) 5. non ablative, low level, low density lasers (clear and brilliant) 6. nano fractional RF (venus viva) see an expert for a full workup. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Rosacea Requires Proper Treatment By A Board Certified Dermatologist Before jumping any more from one bells and whistles laser to some other light or energy-based treatments, you should really consult with a board certified dermatologist to ensure that you are on a proper maintenance regimen to control your rosacea. Rosacea is a chronic, relapsing condition, for which there currently is no cure. But there are new and better topical and, if necesssry, oral treatments that can work well for not only the acneiform breakouts (if you still suffer from that, as well), but for the flushing and persistent redness. So before flitting from one "hope-in-a-machine" treatment to another, first be sure that you are receiving proper professional treatment, which will include discussing what products you can use safely and which must limit and avoid. Hope this helps and best of luck.

Answer: Rosacea For rosacea, we love Laser Genesis on a monthly basis to stimulate collagen and healing. We do a form of IPL called Limelight that targets red-it’s also good for 1-3 treatments if your rosacea is flaring.By looking at your pictures I would just start with monthly LG for 6 months with Sente Dermal Repair cream twice daily and a gentle cleanser like Hexam by Vivier and a physical sunscreen like Essential clear by Skin Medica.
