Can RF micro needling be used in combination with Laser Genesis? Will these two treatments contradict each other?

Hi there- have option to do both RF micro needling and laser genesis. I read that RF can cause fat loss or undo some of the benefits of Laser Genesis. Am I misinformed and they are indeed beneficial to each other? Issues targeting - mild acne scarring and hoping for skin tightening / definition around jaw.
