Can I still have CO2 laser (surgical scar), laser genesis & Vbeam (rosacea) while breastfeeding?

Hi, I am currently breastfeeding and am booked in for C02 laser to a surgical scar and laser genesis + V beam for rosacea. If I do not use local anaesthetic can I still have these procedures while breastfeeding? Thank you
