I had one treatment of Hydrafacial and wasnt very impressed. I have a type of skin that gets clogged very fast. I can be squeezing the pores all day and the oil that comes out is never ending and I feel that my skins needs a deep cleaning everyday. Even if I dont get any pimple and use products like Salicylic Acid, if I squeeze there will be oil coming out. I also have enlarged pores. How often should I get Hydrafacial?
Hello, I got a Hydrafacial two days after botox because the aftercare instructions didnt say anything about avoiding facial treatements after 24 hours. It just said not to massage the area for the first six hours and to stay upright and not work out for 24 hours, etc. But I looked it up out of curiosity after the procedure, and saw most sources says to wait at least five days. Wish I wouldve looked it up before! Nothing looks off yet, but are any steps recommended to avoid displacement?
I am prone to petechiae. They've often appeared after treatments I've had that involve suction, including Hydrafacial, Microdermabrasion, and Isolaz. I've also had them appear after IPL laser sessions. I am a healthy individual. What leads healthy people to be prone to petechiae? Does repeated cases of petechiae make me more likely to get permanently dilated, i.e., 'broken', capillaries as I age?
This is my second hydrafacial and my skin is progressively getting worse. Before my estetician recommended a hydrafacial I was just working on acne scarring and getting my face pigmentation normal. Now I feel like my skin is the worst it's ever been. The first hydrafacial I got so many breakouts but I figured it was my skin just detoxing. This time it's even worse and I'm just so discouraged. It's been over a week since this facial and this acne wasn't here before my facial.
Hey doctor. After I did facial my doctor didnt tell me that I shouldnt wash my face for 24 hours. Last night I washed my face with a soap and this morning to that I have been using this soap for a while. Does that mean that I wont get the result of facial?
Hi i did a hydrafacial for my acne prone skin to get rid of black heads and white heads and after i had finished thats how my skin looks my face is worse than how it was before , my acnes are more red and bigger the doctor was pulling on my skin so hard so here are the pictures.. is this normal and will get healed , or its a disaster that I expect from it to become scars and spots, any suggestion to get better? thanks for helping
I just had a hydrafacial yesterday at 11:15. When I got home and actually looked at myself in the mirror that night at 8 I noticed a huge zit on my chin and some small Whiteheads on my cheeks and chin. Is this normal? Ive had hormonal acne before which I had in control with just 1-2 zits during that time of month but never small little Whiteheads.
I loved the results, I began to fell some peeling and lumpiness. Have downlights in my bathroom & saw this texture to my skin. Like severe acne scarring across my whole face. I have a few scars from picking & scar in corner of mouth, otherwise my skin is great. Have they scarred me from the tool they use? They run across my face in stripes, criss cross motions, compressions. I don't know what they use on the skin: hard plastic tube with suction abilities and then ability to deposit product?
