Could i get liposuction to even out both sides of my chestI have unilateral pseudo gynecomastia on my left side and I would just want an amount of fat to be removed so that its even with my right. Im aware that fat cells dont come back after being removed so wouldn't it be possible to remove the excess fat cells on my left so that its even with my right
55 year old male. I had gyno surgery 6 months ago. My right side now hangs lower than my left and both have many creases. So now I just switched one problem for another and still cannot take my shirt off at a pool or beach. Any opinions, suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.
I've had a gynecomastia surgery 3 months ago and I can predict the final results to a 95% degree. The results are uneven and it's specifically the inner side of my right pec that is noticeably bigger seeing from above. Can I correct it to some extent with bodybuilding? I think (I'm no doctor) growing muscles will fill out the empty spaces somehow and I could focus to build more muscle on my left pec. Will bigger muscles show less unevenness? I'm 28 male. This was not my first gyno surgery.
Hello all, I had gynecomastia surgery 4 months ago and I had love handles liposuction Now my left side nipple has a crease and I am panicking that it may be crater deformity, and one of my love handle feels uneven. Your help will be highly appreciated regarding treatment options I have.

Hi! I had gynecomastia surgery 6yrs ago and immediately had some divots and uneven contouring. Over time, I have worked my chest out and this has become more pronounced + I have realized it won't go away on its own. I have two questions: 1. What would have caused this? 2. What can be done to correct it? Thank you!
Im 20 and I have had unilateral gynecomastia on my left side for a little over a year now and its just been getting worse. I just want my chest to be even with my right. Am I able to get surgery just on my left side so its even with my right. And will the results be permanent and not go back to being unilateral.
Cost $7000 - Had Gynecomastia surgery 5-6 months ago, 2 weeks after surgery i noticed the right side of my chest clearly larger then the left. 5 months later results are the same, right is noticeably larger. I clearly see and feel breast tissue there. The doctor's telling me that the muscle on my right side is bigger then the left thats why it's bigger and im just imperfect. Wasn't imperfect before, showed him excess breast tissue & he tells me its just scar tissue and dont need corrective surgery, can i sue, what can i do about this? Very unhappy. Will I need a revision or is it still possible for it to resolve on its own?
over the years since ive noticed an decrease intissue behind the affected nipple leaving a dent when i lift my arm. Also the nipples are out of alignment. This is increasingly bothering me and causing me some distress. I wondered if there are any options for me concerning future procedures to correct this?
