What can be done to correct crater deformity after gynecomastia surgery? (photo)

Hello all, I had gynecomastia surgery 4 months ago and I had love handles liposuction Now my left side nipple has a crease and I am panicking that it may be crater deformity, and one of my love handle feels uneven. Your help will be highly appreciated regarding treatment options I have.
