Ive Had Gynecomastia Surgery when I Was 17 (32 Now)?

Question

over the years since ive noticed an decrease intissue behind the affected nipple leaving a dent when i lift my arm. Also the nipples are out of alignment. This is increasingly bothering me and causing me some distress. I wondered if there are any options for me concerning future procedures to correct this?

Thank you for your question. I am sorry to hear about your concern. Fat grafting can help improve the areas of depression and tethering. You will need to lift the areola to make it higher to match the other one. Please see a board certified surgeon for a detailed exam.

It is rare to have one of these done perfectly, but fat grafting into any areas of depression can be useful. Liposuctioning the surrounding areas may be helpful as well. The skin envelope can be altered to make the areolae appear more symmetric. Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs HUNDREDS of body contouring procedures each year. I think I may have answere this question when photos were posted. Dents may be improved with fat grafting. AS for asymmetry of the areola position, unless they wre originally moved or lifted, then this was most likely your normal asymmetry. If you want them at the same height, then the lower one will probably need to be lifted. I will say that without an exam it is tough to say.
