Gyno surgery uneven with creases. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated (Photo)

55 year old male. I had gyno surgery 6 months ago. My right side now hangs lower than my left and both have many creases. So now I just switched one problem for another and still cannot take my shirt off at a pool or beach. Any opinions, suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.
