I've had a gynecomastia surgery 3 months ago and I can predict the final results to a 95% degree. The results are uneven and it's specifically the inner side of my right pec that is noticeably bigger seeing from above. Can I correct it to some extent with bodybuilding? I think (I'm no doctor) growing muscles will fill out "the empty spaces" somehow and I could focus to build more muscle on my left pec. Will bigger muscles show less unevenness? I'm 28 male. This was not my first gyno surgery.
