I had Gyno surgery in 2011 when I was 15 or 16. I am now 27 and I feel like my chest still looks weird under the nipple. I am overweight right now, but working out with a trainer. It is hard to activate my chest when weight lifting or benching. Also there feels like my chest is sunken in under the nipple. Will my chest look better as I do more chest weights and lose fat or does it need to be corrected through surgery?
Hi, I had puffy nipple surgery 3 months ago, just an incision around the areola and breast tissue removed (around half a chicken nugget) the surgeon said. One nipple looks slightly inverted and upon bending forward of flexing pectoral muscles both nipples sink, quite dramatically. I've read this could be scar tethering, or over resection, or both. Ive booked back in with the surgeon tomorrow to ask him but just wondered what other people thoght and what can be done. Thanks in advance
6 weeks post surgery. However, now when I raise my arms, my left nipple seems to rise and track with my chest muscle as it should, but my right appears to sit below my chest muscle upon lifting my arm and the areola itself is stretched considerably. What is causing this? Nipples tracked in sync prior to surgery when arms were lifted. I have more scar tissue on right areolar incision, is this thick scarring causing abnormal movement and stretching of the areola? Left nipple also sunk in on top.
I'm six weeks post gynecomastia surgery where they did the gland removal & some Lipo. On my right chest I have a sunken nipple that folds & on my left chest I have a pointy nipple. Is there a way to make these more balanced looking? My Dr recommended fat grafting but I have read many people do not like the results. Please as I'm more depressed now than when had Gyno
Only 2 weeks post op, and i know it can take 3-6 months to heal, but so far I am not happy with results. Chest isnt very flat and left nipple deformed/sunken in. Just need some proffessional opinions on how much it can change in healing period and if you think I will most likely need a revision?
Right side still very swollen. The surgeon was dr . Retson out of merriville indiana who is board certified plastic surgery with 28 years experience and is a hand surgery specialist. The left side of chest is not very swollen ,just sunk in badly. Gets worse when I flex the musle. I spoke to doctor about this and he told me I would have to get a fat transfer one visit another visit he said he could fix in office by numbing the area and cutting scar tissue away from skin? I'm very scared that I gave been cut up and messed up.
It's about 2 months after gyno surgery and I've got sunken chest after surgery. Anyways, I want to know If I do some push-up or chest workout would it possible to rebuild my chest to be normal as if nothing had happened ? I'm sorry for my bad English but please help me doctor.
