Question

I'm six weeks post gynecomastia surgery where they did the gland removal & some Lipo. On my right chest I have a sunken nipple that folds & on my left chest I have a pointy nipple. Is there a way to make these more balanced looking? My Dr recommended fat grafting but I have read many people do not like the results. Please as I'm more depressed now than when had Gyno

I would agree that fat grafting is the best way to correct the indented nipple. As you normally need to inject more volume than is required, and some will not take, then you are likely to require a few sessions to get it right.

Yes. Fat grafting is going to be your best option for fixing your indented nipple. Just keep in mind that it may take more than one session to get your final results. Since not all of the fat will "take", the surgeon must overfill and then wait and see where things wind up. It is a process so try to be patient.

Yes sub dermal scar fibrosis pickle fork rebase with fat grafts are the 1st surgical option. Than might start Sculptra injections every 3 weeks for 4 sessions (gets expensive, each session is $1,000+). Best to seek in person second opinions..
