Two months is very early to assess the outcome of you surgery. However, photos would have been very helpful in answering this question. I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Fat grafting is one possibility. It can help tremedously with irregularities in many cases. If you find a plastic surgeon very experienced with both gynecomastia surgery and structural fat grafting. Take yourtime finding the right surgeon. You can get an improvement.
It will take a minimum of four months to see your final result, and my policy is to do no gynecomastia revisions for at least six months. That being said, most contour irregularities can be corrected with some combination of liposuction and fat injection. Without seeing any of your photos, it is impossible to comment specifically about your case. I hope this helps.
Hi, there can be different reasons why your having this problem. First if glandular tissue was removed, too much may have been removed under the nipple to cause this depression. Secondly, it could be due to excessive liposuction in the area. Depending on what is causing the problem, your plastic surgeon may offer to due a revision surgery to release the scar tissue that may be causing the problem +/- fat grafting to area to restore the sunken appearance. Or surrounding fatty tissue could be liposuctioned to improve contour. Would be best to let your plastic surgeon examine you to determine what is causing the depression.
