Facial Fat Transfer + Swelling Q&A

I wanted to get a small portion of fat removed from my thighs and get it injected in my face but have May Thurner syndrome Can I still do this and can I still get the fat from this area despite mild swelling in my left leg?

I am in my fifties and considering a full facial fat transfer. I have lost weight in my face after achieving my goal weight through diet and exercise. I am concerned about time off from work due to swelling. I have an office job with some dealings with clients. Also, how long would I need to be absent from my Choir Practice? Does singing cause any damage to the fat transfer? Thank you.

So if one is having facial fat transfer (beautifill fat transfer) and has a small amount injected say 2-3 ml per cheek what is the risk of bruising/swelling to the face? thanks :)

Hello. Will lipofilling help in my case to remove the blue under my eyes and the malarial sac on the right side (I marked it with an arrow in the picture)? Hyaluronic acid injections provoked swelling and aggravation of the malar sac. The filler was dissolved with hyaluronidase. Everything is back to the original state now.

I would like to know how much of the grafted fat survives by the end of fourth week and sixth week? Particularly upper eyelid area on average? I mean is there too much volume difference between first and third month(which is typically considered as final result)? Or most of the swelling and fat absorption should have been subsided by the end of first month? Thank you.

I have read that dermal filler in the cheeks, and tear trough can block facial lymphatics and cause tear trough swelling. Would facial fat transfer/grafting affect lymphatic drainage in the same manner?

I have fat graft done 6 months ago. I have notice an uneven soft lump on one side of my face. I have contacted my surgeon and she said it is swelling that has not subside but I dont think it is so I continue to complain to her about it. She told me if I am not happy she can do lipolysis to help reduce it. I dont trust her by now and wonder what causes this.
