Facial fat transfer - how can I correct the swelling under my eyes and the wrinkles I am getting? (Photo)

I had a facial fat transfer almost 9 months ago. My doctor has done 3 Morpheus treatments since then. I have a lot of swelling under my eyes still and one side looks sunken in a bit. What would you suggest I do to correct this and the wrinkles I am getting?

It has been our experience in over 25 years of use of fat grafts for periorbital rejuvenation that graft take is around 30% in average. This means also that fat grafts do not take equally in all areas. Secondary grafting is done in probably 20-30% of patients 8-12 months after first procedure. You should discuss this issue with your surgeon and consider additional grafting of the area in question. Good luck.

You may want to try Renuva to treat the sunken area - which is a filler promoting fat growth (very effectively).

Concerning the swelling,  you can a cold compress or ice pack to the swollen area for about 15-20 minutes at a time. This can help reduce inflammation. Also drink plenty of water and try lymphatic massage.
