Will small volume fat grafting cause bruising or swelling?

So if one is having facial fat transfer (beautifill fat transfer) and has a small amount injected say 2-3 ml per cheek what is the risk of bruising/swelling to the face? thanks :)

For upper eyelid hollowness, we prefer fillers initially because if we can't achieve perfect symmetry, adding more filler is easier. With fat injections, achieving symmetry involves technical challenges like removing and reinjecting fat, and fat can sometimes increase in volume over time....

After 25 years of facial fat grafting it is possible to say that fat grafting is safe to perform in the same time as blepharoplasty, face lift, brow lift and any other associated procedure in the face and body. Hope this helps.
